• No Physical Shipping: All of our products are delivered digitally. Nothing will be shipped to your physical address.

• Email Security: Please make sure you enter a valid and accessible email during checkout, as this is where your eSIM QR code and activation instructions will be delivered.

• Check Your Inbox: Sometimes emails may land in your Spam or Junk folder. Please check there if you don’t see your eSIM right away.

• Monitoring & Validity: Keep your eSIM QR code safe, as it is required to activate your plan and track your data usage during your trip.
