Roamable Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Roamable, we understand that technical issues can sometimes get in the way of staying connected during your trip. While most of our eSIMs work seamlessly, there are rare cases where a specific device may not be compatible or a technical problem prevents proper activation.
Our priority is your experience. If we’re unable to quickly resolve the issue, we’d rather refund you than take valuable time away from your travels.
Refund & Replacement Terms

Instant Refund Guarantee: If your eSIM cannot be used due to technical issues and no data has been consumed, we’ll issue a full refund. Refunds are typically processed instantly and should appear in your account within 5 business days (depending on your bank).

Installed but Unused eSIMs: Even if the eSIM has been installed but no data has been used, you’re still eligible for a full refund if technical issues prevent activation.

Device Compatibility: In the rare event that your device is not supported, we’ll provide a refund rather than extend troubleshooting that may disrupt your trip.

Incorrect Charges: Any billing disputes should be reported within 14 days of purchase with supporting details.
