After purchasing a plan from Roamable, you’ll receive a QR code in a seperate email to scan. Follow the on-screen instructions to activate your eSIM. You can do this up to 30 days before your departure.

How can I check my data usage?

You'll receive an email with your eSIM QR code and a link to track your data usage and remaining days. Keep this email saved so you can easily check your real-time usage and validity at any time.

Which type of plan do I need?

We offer single-region and multi-region plans. For travel to one country, choose a single-region plan. If you’re visiting multiple countries within a continent, a multi-region plan is ideal. Be sure to check that the countries covered match your travel plans before purchasing.

If you will be traveling to countries or regions across multiple continents, a global plan would be a great choice.

How do I switch between my primary SIM and the Roamable eSIM?
